Physiotherapy Services have been greatly impacted by the Government movement to ANACC in October 2022.
There has been a significant reduction in Physiotherapy services to support the Physical Well-Being of those residing in Aged Care Facilities.
As a result there is now a significant reduction to individual access and frequency of physiotherapy for those residing in Aged Care Facilities.
We believe physiotherapy plays a crucial role for our earlier generations to maintain appropriate levels of Mobility and Function to improve Quality of Life and the sense of General Well-Being.
We are able to provide Physiotherapy Services under the following options:
• Privately Client Funded.
• GP consulted and assessed for need within RACF setting with a CDM Care Plan or DVA CP.
• NDIS for those under 65yrs on plan management.
Our Therapy is aimed at:
-Maintaining or Improving Mobility and Transfers.
- Reduction and Management of Chronic Pain Concerns.
- Post Operative or Neurological Impairment Rehab.
- Fall Prevention/Management.
- General Deconditioning Programs.

The CHSP provides small amounts of entry-level support to assist people aged 65 years and aged (50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) to remain living at home and in their community.

Fee Structure
Clients receiving CSHP are required to contribute a small out of pocket fee for Allied Health Services rendered. This will be discussed prior to Initial Consultation and Confirmed with your Service Provider.
