We are a small non registered NDIS provider. We still provide services that are aimed towards maintaining high quality and care standards and we adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct guidelines.
We are able to provide services to self managed and plan managed participants.

Our Physiotherapy Services are provided under the Capacity Building Supports - Improved Daily Living category of your NDIS plan.
This includes assessment supports, training supports, strategy development supports, and therapeutic supports (including Early Childhood Supports for participants under 7years) to assist the development of, or to increase, a participant’s skills and their capacity for independence and community participation.

Initial Physiotherapy Assessment: $180/hr plus additional Reports $220
An Initial Assessment is Completed in 90 minutes.
A Report is collated and available within a 2 week period.
The initial Assessment will include:
Phone interview (approx. 15min):
To identify primary diagnosis and any other medical history, past treatment modalities related to the primary NDIS funding impairment; Current treatment needs and development of goals; impairments linked to functional capacity
Face to face appointment (approx 45 min) session:
To identify current physical function; perform standardised questionnaire and baseline outcome measures.
Aquatic based Therapy will comprise of a Land and Water Assessment.
Written Report 90mins allocated.
A written report is then completed to document findings and create a weekly session plan aimed at meeting client identified goals.

Therapy travel Fee to Participant residence or participant local setting incurs.

Short or Extensive Functional Reports
Reports can be provided on request. These are billed at the Physiotherapy standard consult rate and a Report Fee pro-rated on time spent. Please contact us directly.
